    We are please to announce that Gabriel's Grocery Store is due to open early June 2010! Attached to Chorlton Village Post Office, our new cafe/delicatessen/market will provide all those essential store cupboard ingredients whilst remaining true to our Modern Caterer food ethic. The Gallery Café awarded Food Futures Gold Certificate

gold-certificate.jpgThe Gallery Cafe at The Whitworth Art Gallery has been awarded a Manchester Food Futures Gold Certificate recognising it as “a truly five star eating establishment which puts into practice the values and visions of Food Futures in every area of service, be it with their use of regional food, to their provision for children”.

The award was presented by Councillor Priest to Peter Booth, director of The Modern Caterer and manager of the Gallery Cafe on Wednesday 1st August.

    visited last year and was very impressed nothing really special just done right with quality ingredients
