Gabriel’s Kitchen

gk-logo.jpg Gabriel’s Kitchen, opened in February 2009, has already wowed the critics locally and nationally. In our first year we have already been listed in the Good Food Guide 2010 (along with The Gallery Cafe) and have received the Award for Healthy and Sustainable Eating’ at the Manchester Food and Drink Festival Awards, presented on 12th October 2009.

Situated on Upper Brook Street close to the universities and hospitals, Gabriel’s Kitchen serves a delectable range of sandwiches, light meals, snacks, home-made cakes and hot and cold beverages.

Our focus remains on fresh healthy food, seasonal locally sourced produce, Fairtrade products, organic produce and being as kind to the environment as possible. We recycle, reuse and compost our waste wherever possible. We use recycled and organic products.

It’s simple: delicious healthy seasonal food, ethical choices, environmental responsibility and friendly service.
