- food tastes better if it hasn’t travelled thousands of miles and been treated with processes to “keep it fresh”
- food changes according to the seasons
- food producers should receive a fair price for their products
- animals should be cared for and free to roam
- we have a responsibility to do everything we can to limit our carbon footprint

- source produce locally that doesn’t have to travel far to get to us
- change our menu according to what’s in season
- use small producers as they cultivate better produce
- buy Fairtrade products
- buy free range produce
- recycle and reuse wherever possible
